Machinery

Our manufacturing facility has 42 workstations equipped with hydraulic compression and transfer molding press machines. Every part number needs a different mold tooling, which is manufactured by experienced vendors per customer specifications. Compression and transfer processes are performed according to best industrial manufacturing practices and standards. Preparation and adhesive coating applications are part of the standard process, which is required for some products that need metallic inserts bonded as part of the final product.

Products & Materials

Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2016 and IATF 16949:2016 certified. Within our facility, we manufacture rubber and metal or plastic bonded to rubber products for the automotive, oil and gas, truck and trailer, and flow control industries. Our molding experience includes the use of many different types of polymers including EPDM, NBR, HNBR, FKM, NR, and SBR, and we only associate with ISO 9001 certified and recognized suppliers when acquiring these rubber compounds.

Processes & Procedures

Our IATF16949 and ISO9001 certifications require that we have a quality management system in place based on procedures, instructions, records, and controls over every activity that impacts quality and customer compliance.
